With an inventory of some 15,000 bottles, The Wild Boar on Broadway weighs in with one of the nation's top-rung restaurant wine lists. Assorted upscale dining establishments accompany exclusive shops in nearby Belle Meade, southwest of downtown. Some of Nashville's more happening restaurants are on 12th Avenue South, a previously down-at-the-heel stretch undergoing a jawdropping renaissance.
